I was sewing and not paying close attention as he worked at the art easel. He came to me covered in paint up to his elbows. At first I was distressed over the mess. Then I saw that he had made the most beautiful creation... multicolored handprints covered the page. I will treasure it always.

Hope you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving:)

RhondaFarmHouse Stylehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16528190292958634035noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7494202605629550918.post-16046195158188911662007-11-22T00:46:00.000-05:002007-11-22T00:46:00.000-05:00Congrats on your award! There's a reason I stop by your blog several times a day--it's like a home away from home!

One of the advantages of daycare is that art projects come home at least once a week. My new favorite trophy is the hand-print turkey picture that came home yesterday. It's a keeper, along with my Mother's day poem and handprint and the cut-out hand wreath from last Christmas.Burgh Babyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09123901504643963583noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7494202605629550918.post-53668803778636407042007-11-21T17:27:00.000-05:002007-11-21T17:27:00.000-05:00Congratulations on your award...we agree...you roc...Congratulations on your award...we agree...you rock the crib....

We just wanted to tell you how much we enjoy your wonderful blog and witty writing!

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

smiles, kari and kijsakari and kijsahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01047434064728375340noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7494202605629550918.post-12475790724663874192007-11-21T12:36:00.000-05:002007-11-21T12:36:00.000-05:00Congrats again! Really, you just keep validating why I passed the award on to you in the first place! :)

My favorite things from my kids are the homemade Christmas ornaments! They proudly grace our tree each year, and the ones with the boys' pictures on them help keep track of how big they're getting. Its a tradition in our house for each boy to get to hang "his" ornaments each year, and its a tradition that even my teenager looks forward to. He doesn't contribute much else to the decorating process, but he's right there the first night to hang his ornaments! :)The Sports Mamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17975653596215246648noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7494202605629550918.post-18979968088483759292007-11-21T12:12:00.000-05:002007-11-21T12:12:00.000-05:00I'm so in love your little people! Like mine I know that they can be challenging, maddening and insanity inducing, but oh how amazing and heart swelling they are too!

I have trophies...boy howdy do I have trophies! I'm sure Luke and Gracie rival each other on the paper trophy front.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for the neat award. I love the awards, but honestly, your comments are what I love the most. They make me happy everytime!

Happiest Thanksgiving to your great family. Congratulations!

Not to wish away their baby days, but I sometimes can't wait until my kids are old enough for school projects and crafts - I am just so excited to see what their little minds can create. I love that Micah 'knows' his pumpkin - how amazingly special. And Luke . . . love the Luke stories!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
