My response is more along the lines that your camera simply doesn't like you. Which is why I don't (yet?) own a fancy camera. Fingers crossed -- pun intended -- they help the pics for you!Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07803503583347758969noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7494202605629550918.post-46084410581750432382010-01-02T21:49:59.943-05:002010-01-02T21:49:59.943-05:00that looks like what happens when I turn my camera...that looks like what happens when I turn my camera vertically - then my fingers end up in the way of the flash and half the pic is dark. I have to remember to move my fingers under the camera when I turn it vertically.Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02441176684416139172noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7494202605629550918.post-65187364435635213432010-01-02T21:30:50.036-05:002010-01-02T21:30:50.036-05:00I was going to say the same thing James did- it lo...I was going to say the same thing James did- it looks like something with the flash, not necessarily with the picture itself. Pay extra attention to where your hand is when you shoot vertical - I'll bet the shadow goes away.JamesBainbridgehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10981290231297553087noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7494202605629550918.post-43958324484046782182010-01-02T20:01:05.703-05:002010-01-02T20:01:05.703-05:00Hey! It's been a while since I actually used it. It must be something with the flash and shutterspeed. But I normally use it on full auto so it should be all in cync. Now I'm really curious about what is going on.Debbie @ Three Weddingshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11778199494515694006noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7494202605629550918.post-72047403293873394592010-01-02T19:38:08.269-05:002010-01-02T19:38:08.269-05:00Keep your fingers out of the way!
