It's a Very Special Kind Of Day

It's one of those special days, the kind that numbers-oriented me loved as a kid. March 3rd, written on school papers as 3-03. Ooooh, the fun. And I was geeky enough to make special mental note when it would be 3:03 PM on 3-03.

Go ahead, laugh. And know that it still fascinates me. I love numbers. I also love math. And now go ahead and hate.

Seven years ago this date became forever part of my history, and ironically, it was the year 2003. That made Micah's birth date 3-03-03. He was born at 6:06 AM. That just adds to the fun.

Today my baby is seven years old. There is very, very little left of my baby in him, but he will forever remain my baby just the same.

Happy Birthday Micah and you, Karen, as well! It's not like you weren't there doing the birthday thing with him 7 years ago! What a milestone!

Happy Birthday Micah! I've always loved number stuff like that...but, I hate, abhor, despise math in general. I don't hate you, of course. Where would this world be without math savy people like you to help the rest of us out?

Happy, happy birthday to Micah! Enjoy the day, mama :)

(And numbers geeks are the best -- my bday is Jan 11th, so next year my birthday will be 1/11/11. Awesome!)

I completely get you.

Stay with me here. If we did dates like the Europeans, you know date/month/year, then her birthday would be

20-01-2001 If she had been born 20 minutes earlier, then the time would have been (in military) 20:01.

Is that cool or kooky?

Happy birthday, handsome Micah!

I love those kinds of numbers too, and I also pay attention to the time. I still don't like math.

I hope you all have a wonderful day!!
