Becky was in English class the other day and the teacher asked, "so when did everyone stop believing in Santa?"
Becky raised her hand, a stricken look on her face, and said, "you mean he's not real? Who brings me my presents?" She very nearly cried, while her bottom lip quivered.
The teacher stuttered and stammered, and apologized profusely. Right up until Becky burst out laughing.
That girl should get an acting award. And detention for giving her teacher so much guilt.

She's a funny girl. I am sure I could never figure out where she got that talent. :)
Oh I love this. LOVE IT!! Since we believe in our house... oh, FOREVER... she'll fit right in.
And.. the sarcasm and practical joker-ness? Totally fits in here. :)
Good for Becky-- that was rotten of the teacher, I bet she gets a lump of coal (EVERYONE knows Santa is real!)
Oh, she's good! You should be proud, mom. :)
Gee - I wonder where she learned that kind of thing from? Too funny!

I won't believe it.
She is entirely too precious to cause that much pain.
Ohhh that is hilarious. What a devious little girl. Did she apologize to her teacher at all?
Good for her! My boys insist on believing because someone told them they'll get better presents if they do. So they pretend real good. So far, it's working.
