I Have Pictures!

My dear camera is (finally!) back in my possession. It's a good, good day.

Here is a recap, with photographic evidence.

Luke was man enough to have his hair done at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. He lurved it. What you can't see is the Mickey head painted in the back of his hair. And the glitter in the shower that night.

Proof that Micah is not a respecter of places when it comes to stripping down. And proof that the boy is getting way too big to be stripping down in public. Also proof that the trip was to the magical kingdom. See his armband? It's an ID bracelet that he freaks out over when he sees it. See him wearing it happily, as if it's not even there? Miraculous.

Micah was dancing in the street with his girl, Jessie. Life doesn't get any sweeter. And you are again beholding the magic of Disney right there. The boy who is terrified of costumed characters is dancing with one. I nearly cried, for real.

Enthralled comes to mind. Micah loved getting character signatures. LOVED it. Miracles never cease. Of course, he wouldn't actually touch them unless he absolutely had to, but we're taking what we get.

Oh, the sweetness. But he wouldn't give them a high-five. Unfortunately it was at the end of the day and his tolerance level was low by this point.

My little Viking girl. Don't make her mad.

Another of Micah's long-time loves. Dude, it's Mary Poppins, in the flesh! (You'll notice there are 2 autograph books going on there, right? Remember that Micah signed the original? Yeh, that was his. And you should have seen the boy frantically paging through it while standing in line, looking for a blank page for a fresh signature space. I just imagined his little mind thinking, "why did I write in this?!")

Typical teen, thinking they hold the world in their hands.

It looks like you guys had a great time! Love the pics. And I'll be sure to watch out for that little viking girl. She looks tough.

Yay, the camera's back! Yay, the camera's back! How fun, and what a great trip. You'll have to let me know how some of the tips worked out for you. Was Luke the only one to get made up? Great pics!

Oh those are some of the sweetest pictures! I often wondered how the boys got flashed up at the BB Boutiques (who's name I just gave up on spelling) Looks like fun!

Those are AWESOME! I can't get over how big and grown-up Micah is starting to look, and I love that he had such a wonderful time and was right at home with his beloved Woody and Jessie.

I absolutely adore the look on Micah's face in so many of these photos! He's so precious. And still lean for his age. Awesome! The one shot of him and Belle is just TOO priceless!

Love the pictures. Wow, what a hair style for Luke!

The one of Micah in his pull-up cracks me up!! And the arm band thing-- Max freaks out about those too. We had them when we went to the Dells and stayed at one of the water parks for the week. The very first day Max had his bracelet on it was gone by the afternoon. I have NO idea where it went or how he got it off. Luckily, nobody said anything.

Looks like you guys had tons of fun!

Disney magic is great!

I simply love the expressions that you caught of Micah and the characters.

And who doesn't think they have a hold of the world at times? I'm loving that Luke went into the 'Princess Haven' to get his hair all glittered up. Seriously though, did you get all of the glitter out on the first pass? I swear my kids had glitter for the whole trip when we went. It doesn't go away.

Great pictures, and it looks like some good weather as well.

Isn't it funny how when we least expect it - they go and accept something we never thought they would (Micah and the arm band) ... The hair is AWESOME btw! LOL... I cannot wait to take my kids to Disney. Especially Noah and Nathan, with all the medical crap they've been through, I just long to see that amazement in their eyes.

So glad you had a great time at Disney! Aren't the special needs passes wonderful for places like that?
