Easter eggs are so much fun. We're doing ours tomorrow. I have fear for the mess, but, they love it. :)

Outside is the only way to do it! My mom has an ooooold painted bench that is flaking and rustic and has tons of charm but you don't have to be careful with at all. The girls have dyed Easter eggs outside on that bench since they were old enough to stand.
I guess she still has it... I need to ask.

Dying eggs appears to be a very serious undertaking in The Rocking Pony household! I love the look of concentration and determination!

I was wondering how colorful his fingers were going to be! Adorable and that is a really pretty shade of blue! I never like the blue or purple dye colors they always look blah. what did you use?

I love dyeing eggs. I can't wait until next year when the littles will be big enough to help out.

This is why I buy extra egg dying kits to use in the Summer...right now my kids would freeze if we had tried to do that outside!!
