Deep Contemplation of the Day
While we were at Cabelas, perusing the aquarium of fish, they had a sign that warned to please choose the right fish and plants for your aquarium, and if you still chose incorrectly, please dispose of plants in a plastic bag in the trash and humanely euthanize fish.
Humanely euthanize fish.
Yes, that's what it said.
I've been mulling that over for 2 days now. What, exactly, is that? And this is at Cabelas, right beside department dedicating to hooking fish by their mouths and jerking them out of their habitat to be eaten for dinner by the fisherman. What's humane treatment of a fish when one disposes of it?
Now you can be up at night contemplating this along with me. You're welcome.
