Look, A Christmas Post!

Since I don't really want to talk about what happened today, I'll post the pictures of Christmas that I promised. I'll start with the fact that I wore my own slippers on Christmas day. Go, me! (I think they make my feet look fat. Becky's didn't look like that when she wore them.)

Micah got a beanbag for Christmas. And some books. Too bad I didn't realize that he'd used the camera earlier that day and smudged the lens, making just about every picture from Christmas kinda hazy. But that's alright. It's more realistic in my memory now.

Luke got a book that tells him what to draw. Over 200 pages of things to draw. He's done half the book already. The kid is an art machine.

If someone wouldn't have been up from 2-3 in the AM, this wouldn't have happened.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, this one must be worth a small fortune. That's kinda how I felt after assisting Santa into the wee smalls, then sitting up with Micah.

This was the gift of all gifts this year. We're really glad they liked it because that bugger was too heavy to carry back out of the basement. Micah is destined to become the next Air Hockey King. He's a man on a mission.

But his favorite gift was his race car set. I'll bet he sat and watched those cars race by for a half hour without moving. I'll have to keep this thing for special occasions.

We had a wonderful holiday, and it was especially nice to be able to spend it with all our loved ones. I hope yours was as good.

We've been talking about making a trip to the lovely western part of our state, and now that I see you have air hockey, we are so there. My kids might move in ;)

Merry Christmas (a few days late), my friend!

Those slippers are so cool!! I love them, and they don't make your feet look fat!! My husband would love to have an air hockey thingy! And a pool table? Men??

Micah looks really big sitting all relaxed in his beanbag. What a fun Christmas. I was up utnil 2 am, the things we do for our kids!

I hope your day today wasn't too bad? I am glad you had a great Christmas!

First of all, LOVE the slippers. Go you, is right.

Looks like good times were had by all. Now, who needs a nap?

Oooo, I'm afraid to ask what happened yesterday....

Glad everyone liked their gifts and WAY cool on the air hockey table. I had one growing up, and it was definitely a "friend draw" which is my goal as a parent. I want to be the house where kids want to hang out (so I can watch them) vs my kids going somewhere unknown. It sounds like you're well on your way to being that house, too!

Merry Christmas!

At least you took pictures. I forgot to get my camera out for Christmas morning. At least hubby got the camcorder going. I can try to get some stills off of that I guess.

Looks like everyone had a great Christmas. I'm glad you got your slippers back!
